I stopped listening to Lenny Kravitz around the time of his Circus album. Not that there was anything wrong with Circus - certainly a few classic Kravitz tracks on there. His problem then was that he was stuck in a retro-rock timewarp.

Bout Of Bronchitis Delays Lenny Kravitz’s European Tour

Bad news for Lenny Kravitz - he’s been rushed to hospital for bronchitis, along with dehydration and fatigue.

He was originally due to tour Europe in support of his new album It Is Time For A Love Revolution, but instead found himself enjoying a stay at Miami’s Mount Sinai Hospital being treated for bronchitis.

Further proof that celibacy is bad for your health? I think so.

Seriously though, we hope Lenny gets better soon and is back in Europe to bother us all with his retro brand of rock music!

New Lenny Kravitz Album: It Is Time For A Revolution

My favourite retro rocker, Lenny Kravitz, is coming back in February with a new album entitled It Is Time For A Love Revolution. News like this just makes me want to dig out all the old Kravitz albums, so I can’t wait to hear what he’s come up with.

As per any artist, Lenny is fit to burst with excitement over this latest album: “I love this record and the feel of the record, I felt like a kid playing in my bedroom, and that’s the most important thing you can tap into, that feeling of being free.”
