The Smashing Pumpkins have announced their first show since the year 2000.

The live show will take place in the Grand Rex in Paris.

The band will also be playing  a number of festivals this summer, including the Carling Weekend at Reading and Leeds.

The band will debut songs from their forthcoming album Zeitgeist.
