Red Bull are looking for a band to fill a slot on their Bedroom Jam stage at this year’s Camden Crawl. They’re holding a competition where bands can upload videos of them jamming to the Red Bull Bedroom Jam website.

One band will be picked by the judging team and will get to perform on stage at the event. Imagine that – you could be playing the Camden Crawl this year!

Anyone can go on and view the videos that bands are uploading, so it’s another way to get some publicity for your band and get your music out there.

As a visitor to the site, you can listen to bands across a number of different styles and rate their performances. I wonder if this helps the judges make their decision? You can also see how many ratings each band received and what their average rating is. That’s quite a transparent process.

Note: If you’re under 18, Camden Crawl weekend tickets have sold out. However, you could still go along to the crawl by applying for the Red Bull guest list. More details on the Bedroom Jam website.
