Keep in mind that just because it could not be proven there is the highly likely chance, that this was the retaliation, of paparazzi photographer, Kevin Rush, who you may recall only claimed he was attacked by Lily Allen. Charges were filed, but Lily Allen was ''not' arrested. Instead she went to the police station (in London) by appointment. Of course the press felt obligated to write that she place under arrest, but it's not true. If you read some of Lily Allen's blogs you will Know her side, which after reading it makes a lot of sense, in them Lily Allen will defend herself, but she will also admit when she's wrong.
